  • Payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways.

  • Big Mart does not store your card or UPI details.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders can be cancelled only within a limited time after placing the order.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per our refund policy.

  • Refund timelines depend on the payment method used.

  • Actual product appearance may vary slightly.
